For these large, weighted survey files, Excel can be cumbersome to use, and cleaning the data in R or Stata takes time and careful attention to detail. Bento allows me to get quick cuts of the data and is much faster than processing the data myself.

The network downtime we were experiencing became much more than just an inconvenience. It was impacting customer service, our reputation, and the ability to operate on a satisfactory level. Once they established a QoS for us, our network operation and call quality issues were a thing of the past. They began with a network assessment that provided a detailed map of the network, traffic flow, and identified weaknesses or vulnerabilities in the design and/or configuration.
